In some cases, TASL supplements or deviates from FIFA rules. It is every player's responsibility to understand the Laws of the Game and the rules and policies specific to participation in TASL. The following pages contain important and commonly requested Rules and Policies information.

Safety reminder! As storms pop up quickly, if you hear the Thor signal (lightning detector) at WRAL and see the light flashing, and the games are suspended due to lightning, please leave the field. Players cannot return to the field until the “all clear” horn blows.

There has to be a 30-minute delay after the last thunder and lightning or until the all clear horn blows.

Note - The referee has the authority to suspend a game in the event of thunder/lightning and Thor does not go off or you are at a field that does not have a lightning detection system.  Abide by the referees call.
