IMPORTANT DATES
  • August 14th - Teams need 12 paid players on roster to be included in the schedule.

  • September 7th - Fall Recreation season begins

  • September 10th - Anderson Over 40 season begins

  • September 11th - Over 30 season begins

  • November 16 - 26 - Make up days

FREE AGENTS!  If you are looking for a team, see details below and sign up as a FREE AGENT!

All players must be at least 18 years of age to participate in OCASL@TASL.  No exceptions!

Alternate game days may occasionally be required. Every effort will be made to play all games, but not guaranteed.

Players must have the Team Captain's permission to join a team.

 
 

 

 
DIVISIONS & FEES

ALL DIVISIONS ARE OPEN!

There are currently no minimum requirements for the number of female players on a team. 

OCASL@TASL plays four seasons per year, 10 games per season.

   Spring season runs March through May.

   Summer season runs June through August.

   Fall season runs September through mid-November.

   Winter season runs December through February.

NCASA State Fees

OCASL@TASL is an affiliated league under North Carolina Adult Soccer Association.  OCASL players that have not been registered with NCASA in the calendar year 2024 will pay the state fee in addition to the league fees below. 

The $30 NCASA state fee is paid once per year and is good for affiliated leagues and tournaments through December 31 of each year.

Divisions & League Fees

Recreation Divisions:  Kaminsky Rec 1, Studdard - Rec 2 and O'Hara - Rec 3 - $115

  • 11 vs 11, 45 min halves, Saturday games, starts September 7th
  • Meadowmont, Southern Community Park, Durham fields

Over 40 Division:  Anderson Division - (O40 men/O30 women) - $105

  • 8 vs 8, 40 min halves, 8 teams max, Tuesday nights, starts September 10th 
  • Cedar Falls, Homestead 

Over 30 Division:   $105

  • 8 v 8, 40 min halves, (8 teams max), Wednesday nights, starts September 11th
  • Cedar Falls, Homestead

Over 50 Pickup Nights:  $85  -  Players are asked to bring a white and dark shirt. - Register for the team "Closer to 70 than 80".

  • Ten Mondays and ten Thursdays either at Cedar Falls or Homestead, starts September 9th

NEW players will need to create a TeamPass User ID & Password the first time that you register in this system!

Returning players should be recognized by TeamPass.  Contact ocasl@tasl.us if the system does not recognize you!

 

 

 
 
GUEST PLAYERS (SUBS)

GUEST PLAYERS

A guest must have the captain's permission to play.  Teams must have a minimum number of rostered players before they can add a guest player.  

Guests MUST register BEFORE they step on the field and must appear on the team's Game Day Roster.

Players that are not registered to the league and wish to "tryout" for a team, may register by paying the NCASA state fee and may play one time with the team while deciding to join.

Guest players are limited to 3 games per team per season and pay a game day fee for each game.

TO REGISTER AS A GUEST PLAYER - GUEST REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE SCHEDULES ARE POSTED

  • Go to the player registration page.    
  • Click on VIEW SCHEDULES Box on the bottom, underneath the Player and Coach Signup.
  • Find the date of the game, then click on the name of the Team that you will be playing with.
  • Click on the "register guest player box" to register for the specific game date.
FREE AGENTS

NEED A TEAM?

Players without a team are not guaranteed placement but we will make every effort to find a team for you!

No fees are required until you agree to join a team. 

Team Captains go to the Free Agent list to find additional players.  The sooner you register, the better your chances are to find a team!

Players should register for each division of play that you would consider playing in.

We are currently registering for the FALL season.

 

         

 

 
 
RULES

RULES OF PLAY
  • 8v8 team rosters must have a minimum of 12 players. 
  • 11v11 team rosters must have a minimum of 21 players.
  • Players must wear shin guards at all games.
  • Team Captains must provide the official a printed Game Day Roster prior to the start of each game.
  • If there are questions about a player's identity, the official may ask for a photo ID.
